Cost to repair would depend on what is broken. But the good news and first place to start is remove the fan blower motor and inspect it for damage often debris gets into the heater housing (mice build nests in it). The heater blower motor is under the dash toward the door, piece of round black plastic about 6 inches in diameter three screws holding it up a two wire connector attached to it. Remove it it will take ten minutes and inspect it. If it broken look at www.roclkauto.com or go to your local Napa store to get a new part.
