While their facility may not be as flashy as some, inside you will find a team dedicated to customer service and getting your vehicle fixed right the first time.

  I thought their fella David, was way too talkative, and I think that the owner, Derik, is a little bit too cold, and a little bit too matter of fact. I think his mechanic-side manner could be better. I think that their prices are generally a little high. I would say I do think that they catch things pretty early, and make good recommendations about repairs without going overboard on having you repair everything.

  I think that I went through a bit of a shake up at the front desk. There was a new person there who was excellent but the older person working there was not very trustworthy. He talked up a lot of things and didn't deliver. I love the owner. The owner has been really great. He has even given me a ride home personally. I love the place but the last front desk manager kind of tainted my experience. I think Mike is the new person who is fantastic.

  I like that the guys dropped what they were doing and came out to see my car in the process of overheating and steaming. They didn't just ask me to leave it there, they started looking at my car instantly.

  I've been going there for ten years or more probably, and I've been very satisfied with the service and recommendation. They always make the right recommendations for the repairs I need. They never pressure me in to getting something done that day.

  I was able to get a ride to work which made the repair on my car have WAY less effect on my ability to get around. They call in a very timely manner with the estimate and waited to perform the repair with my permission and even sent a THANK YOU card after!!! Nice touch
