It has been a month since the car was serviced by Teddy and his crew. The car is working perfectly. This particular car is used to transport my mom back and forth to dialysis. I expressed how important for this car to work and Broadway Auto Body & Repair LLC did an excellent job. I commend Teddy for adopting technology [the use of computers plus software] to assist him with his business. Nowadays, if your car repair person does not know how to use a computer then there is going to be a problem. I will be taking the car back there shortly!

I decided to bring my 2002 Buick due all the good reviews on this site The car was just bought because the car looked and road very Great iIn and out-great engine upkeep!
PROB: would not start aft it would be parked a few hours .When it would start no prob all day! So he tells me that the mechanic cleaned-the injectors $279.00.
Next Day: Car misfires but it starts use it
during day and park in front of home for
about 4 hours. I attempt to start it AND IT
WOULD NOT START"!!!
Saturday morning I receive a call frm
BROADWAY AUTO aft leaving a message
and they offer to send a tow truck but I finally get it to start and take it back to the shop.
NOW they diagnose the cars computer
needs to be replaced estimate for $500.00
Oh they took off 90.00 .URG !
My total so far is $779.00 , Now it's another diagnosis. Had to leave the car
Oh, On the ride home the owner did tell me
after this I will have a Great car with no probs and 'guess what ' he's gonna throw
in a free oil change when I need it !
Today is Tuesday & still waitin for my car . A TOTAL OF 7dayz and let's hope my car
is 110% when picked up !
I believe I deserve that much !Well I picked it up this afternoonThursday,they even washed it (cool) and the price was steep
total $780.00 the owner explained that alls well and I am very leary but Happy , I'm just hoping that a few days from today hopefully all goes well.

Broadway Auto is an experienced well delivered auto repair business. I have had the pleasure of taken my car their once and now that is the only place I go to. The work is professionally done and the customer service by all staff is superb. I am quite contented that I have found them. My car is kept up to par when I do take my car in for work. It is done in a nice and timely manner and pricing is quite within my budget. I would definitely recommend them to all I know seeking good labor and superb customer service.
I went to Broadway Auto Body and Repair spur of the moment when my car overheated. It was something that was unexpected so naturally I was a little weary about going to a repair shop that I wasn't familiar with, it is hard to find a place that has the customers best interest in mind. However I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from the minute I walked in the door. The owner was very personable and most importantly honest. He explained to me what was wrong with my car and advised me to go back to the dealer, because he was sure I would be able to get this very expensive repair covered under warranty- even though my warranty was expired..and he was right! I am positive most places would have withheld that information to make money. I highly recommend this repair shop if you are looking for a place you can trust. With that being said I will be going back to Broadway Auto Repair in the future if I have any more problems with my car. Thank you Broadway Auto Repair!!!
After receipt of questionable service practices from the original dealer of my vehicle, I decided to search the internet to see if what the dealer stated was true. In searching the internet, I also decided to seek the advice of a second opinion on the scope of work that was being stated. In my search I came across the website Repair Pay which identified Broadway Autobody & Repair, LLC and called to explain my situation. After consultation with the owner, their service writer called me back within 10 minutes and I scheduled a date for the vehicle to be inspected. On the day of my visit, the vehicle was inspected and I was asked a serious of history maintenance questions. The owner provided me with a thorough consultation with the use of diagrams and helped me understand what service was needed and why it was needed. He also explained if I didn’t take care of the service, what could potentially happen with the vehicle which could result in replacing the engine ($$$$). Please be advised, everything the owner stated was consistent with my research and I decided allow them to perform the service. It took one day for the service to completed, and the engine is back to purring like I expected. I’ve decided to give this place all of my business because of their hands on customer service.
People, this is what you want in a mechanic. A business that takes the time to develop a relationship with their customers, and treats them with respect in sharing automotive knowledge. I walked away feeling like this was an experience that I did not mind paying for. I look forward to my continued association with them, and I have taken extra business cards to share with anyone I come in contact with.
