    I am 35 years old, and in 13 yrs. of owning and maintaining vehicles, I have never experienced such a level of high satisfaction with an auto repair shop as I did w/British American Auto Care in Columbia, Maryland. The service is friendly and personal. You are kept informed about the status of your car along the way. The work is done properly, and the mechanics are thorough and will answer all of your questions. I received both a follow-up call after the appointment, as well as a card later on thanking me for my business. I will definitely take my business there again.
