Bottom break lights are not working. Gate light is OK. I have checked for broken wires, blown fuses and bad bulbs, but can't find the problem

This is going to be an issue with the electrical circuit for the brake lights, there may be a relay or module that controls the rear lighting and it needs to be checked.
If you want to address this, you'll need a wiring diagram and a volt meter to diagnose properly.
