The service was fast and efficient, I appreciate that. Reasonable pricing. My wife has taken me to the dealership, to get an oil change or a headlight, and that would have been a lot more costly.

I think the shop is pretty good, I bought some things myself though. Like the air filter and oil filter for our car. I felt that it costs to much for a filter, you can get them cheaper than that. Other than that they did a good job.

We specialize in our cars and that takes extensive training. We guarantee all of our work and have a 2 year/24,000 mile warranty on everything we do. That does cost money, but we have found that our customers like the reassurance and are willing to pay for good, quality repair work. We also make it a point to beat any dealerships written estimate by at least 10%.

We have been taking our BMW's and our Volvo to Braxton for several years. Steve and the Braxton team have really taken good care of us. Their work has been high quality, and their advice is even better. Steve consistently keeps the customer's interest first in giving advice about what to fix and who should fix it - even when his advice isn't in the best interest of his shop. I can't ask for better service than that.
