Braking on 1993 Buick LeSabre

When at a stop light and foot is on brakes, the pedal slowly goes down toward floor. What is the problem?

MOST LIKELY IT WOULD BE THE MASTER CYLINDER BLEEDING DOWN. WOULD YOU LIKE US TO TAKE A LOOK AT IT.
