Question: brakes to to replace emergency brake line

need to have emergency brake line replaced what is this going to run me? And how often does this actually last?

  If so, do you know which cable needs replaced?

• installing rear brake pads
  How do you push the piston in to go over the pads? also do you need to make any ajestment to the emergence brake?
