Have a independent shop check your brakes and you can locate one near you here http://repairpal.com/directory?address=04530&car_brand_na...

There is a service bulletin from Ford regarding brake noise when first driving from the front brakes. The repair is to lubricate the backs of the brake pads in certain areas. It is a known concern. It's more annoying than it is a safety issue. It is only under warranty for the first 12 months or 18,000 miles of the vehicle being in service - whichever comes first. Otherwise, you would have to pay to have the pads removed and lubricated appropriately. Hope this helps.
