Question: Brakes failed

I had my brakes pads and rotors replaced yesterday I drove it and it was fine then today I get in it and the brake pedal inside was stiff and would not push in I had to slam it in park and shut off engine to make car stopped terrified me whait is wrong

    Something was not done correctly at the shop who did the work. After brake work, you should not experience any problem, not to mention failure. You should call the shop that did the work, and they should be very motivated to take care of this for you, as there is a safety and liability concern here.

    Have it towed back to the shop that did repairs as something is definitely wrong
