1994 Toyota Pickup Question: Brakes effect engine rev

The engine dies and re revs and repats the Whole time the brakes are applied we have checked vacum lines and have determined that it is electrical because dies as soon as the brake lights cut on

    your brakes use a vaccuum booster to assit in braking. if there is an internal leak, the application of your foot will cause the motor to rev up and down. dissconnect and plug the vaccuum line and try applying the brakes and see if the condition is still there.
