2001 Mercedes-Benz C320 Question: Brakes and Engine Light issues

brakesand engine light
May I suggest that you bring the car in ASAP to have it looked at by a technician? With the brake light being on it could be that you need new brake pads and if it has been that long it could be very dangerous and cause damage to the rotors. A check engine light could mean a variety of things which are best looked at by a technician.
