Brakes on 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix

I have a back rotor that is not wearing evenly. I can tell the brake pads are worn down, but the other rotor on the back is wearing perfect. Could i have a more serious problem than just bad pads and rotor? Worried especially it being only on one side. Maybe a caliper?

it is most likely a caliper, which is common on this car.

It's likely to be either fluid condition, caliper not retracting, or caliper not sliding. Bleed the brakes, compress the caliper & lubricate the slide pins. If any of these give you trouble you found the problem. If not then it could be a master cylinder issue because these systems are split LR&RF/LF&RR check the rotor & pad on the diaganol wheel.
