Same thing happened to my wifes durango, I had to had the rotors resurfaced and I installed new Napa ceramic pads because the stock dodge pads had high metallic content and caused hot spots and were noisy, No problems with the Napa pads and having the rotors turned ( resurfaced ). And the kids don't complain about squeaky brakes anymore.

Yes, it is the rotors. I have had problems with my 2005.There products seem to be made out of cheap materials. Hope Chrysler goes out of Bis.They are selling bad products and leaving their customers hanging.Yes I am A.S.E. cet. in brakes!
