Brakes on 2009 Chrysler Town & Country

Scrubbing noise when braking. Is this simply repairable with new pads or do the rotors need resurfaceing, ect.? This is probably a simple question that I just don't know the answer to.

you should always replace or turn your rotors when installing new pads to prevent having problems with the new brakes
