got a 1990 e350 box truck that has just about no brake pedal we have changed the master cylinder and the front brake pads also adjusted the rear brake shoes

    good start but did you bleed the system? Pull the rear wheels and check the cylinders and shoes. make sure fluid is going to the rears.

    With antilock brakes and not moving the abs bleeds the presure down - take it for a test run (be careful) it may be ok.
