WHEN I APPLY THE BRAKES, THE CAR IS VIBRATING A LITTLE BIT. SOMEONE MENTIONED THAT THE CALIBERS ARE MISSING, SPUTTERING.

    Vibration when braking is absolutely caused by the brake rotors being out of round. They need to be resurfaced. This can happen from heat build up during normal wear and tear. It can also happen because the rotors were not resurfaced during recent brake pad replacement.
