brakes on 1999 Toyota Tacoma

I have replaced the master cylinder(and bled it) and proportional valve and still have no brakes. Also cant get any fluid out of the bleeder valves.

The bleeder valves may be plugged, but unlikely all of them would be. I would try using a pressure bleeder, do you have access to one? Are you sure the master cylinder is bled and working OK? What type of parts did you use?
