brakes on 1999 Dodge Durango

how to repair my grabbing brakes?? when i press gas u can feel em grabbing.any suggestions...?

First and foremost, you need to inspect the rear brakes, there may be something broken or there may be some fluid on the friction surface. Is there an ABS light on, because if that is the case, then there will be no rear ABS. Without ABS, the rear wheels will have a tendency to grab and skid, especially on a full size SUV like yours.
