brake system lines on 1990 Ford Taurus

need to know what size line&how long brake lines from front to rear

Will need to measure the lengths or if they are out then can match. Should be 3/16 line. Will have several junctions to go thru as replacing.

Snow & ice might have cause a leak in the brake fluid. brakes were good prior to this. Would I have to replace the whole system?
