Yes, it definitely is warped rotors. We found this out from the mechanic that had replaced the rotors. Now we found that we will again have to have them replaced. That was why we had placed the question of anyone that could suggest a heavy duty rotor for our usage.

When it comes to rotors always buy good quality because cheap rotors tend to warp quickly, Usually the auto parts store have two or three levels of rotor quality and try to buy rotors made in the USA as they tend to be of better quality.
