brake problem on 1998 Toyota Camry

Coming to a slow stop brake pedal pumps once as if the anti lock brakes are trying to engaging. Any help would be appreciated

Possibly a wheel speed sensor problem rather it be rust build up betweeen sensor and reluctor ring or bad sensor.
