Question: brake pedal goes to floor after brake pads replaced

I put new pads on the car and the pedal came up but slowly goes back down to floor

    It sounds to me like we might have a leak in the brake hydraulic system, or a bad master cylinder. We do a free brake inspection here and i would like to see it down here so i can tell you whats going on with it for sure :)
