You will need the tools required to lift the vehicle, remove the lug nuts and wheels, remove the brake calipers/brackets and slide of the rotors. The exact wrenches - I cannot tell you the size. A reasonable tool kit with a lug wrench / impact wrench and various torx and hex wrenches would be helpful. - DaveJHM
3/4 lug wrench -1/2" breaker bar - 1/2"drive socket 18mm - c-clamp - lg screw driver to pry with - DOB

Cost of $900 seems high and these don't include brake pads which are fine. Rotors are rusted and warped from car being sat for 6 months.
