Question: brake pad warning light

we replaced the rear pads and sensors but the light is still on..how do you reset it? I hit the reset button for the mileage and it stays off but comes on when u start the car again thanks

    From the info supplied, I have to assume that the front brakes have been inspected and they are found to be ok. Make sure that the wires for the brake pad sensors have not come in contact with the wheels, if these wires wear through it will cause this.Make sure old sensors have not been reused.You next will have to inspect the wiring for the warning system. You must look for wires that a not in their holders and have chafed on other moving parts.
