2007 Mercury Mariner Question: brake noise when turning right
Answer #1raiderron March 14, 2011, 08:29Master
When turning right the vehicle weight loads to the left front so I would want to look at there first by removing wheel and see if all brake components and mounting looks ok. Will want to inspect right also. Did you or another shop do the work?

You could have false activation of the ABS system due to a wheel sensor issue or sensor to indicator ring clearance issue. Someone with a diagnostic tool that can measure wheel sensor speeds should be able to monitor left and right front wheel sensors and see what happens on a turn to cause the false ABS activation.
