Brake Max
April 07, 2010

Hello,

My name is Douglas B. I took my vehicle in on February 5th, 2009 to get it worked on at the Brake Max store on Silverbell in Tucson, Arizona. I would like to commend the service and helpfulness of J.J. Jimenez during my service I had performed on my vehicle.

Mr. Jimenez was extremely helpful in getting my truck repaired at a great price. He was very accommodating in fixing my truck while also reccomending other service that should be performed soon. It was his customer service that will keep me coming back to Brake Max to get my vehicle serviced and when I am asked for a trustworthy place to get vehicles serviced, I will recommend Brake Max to anyone I know.

I would also like to thank the technician that serviced my truck and the Fleet Manager who provided transportation back to my workplace. I did not get their names but would also like to pass my thanks along.

-Doug B.
