It depends upon how much rust there is. NO rust and it should take about an hour and the lines should cost about $40 ( just bulk lines ) so $150 or so with the brake fluid. If the lines are rusted in to the calipers, it could be a time and materials situation. You could need new calipers if the lines are so rusted that they won't come off. this could get very expensive. You live in a snow area, so there may be some rust.
