To replace the the wheel cylinders you are looking at about and hour an a half in labor. That includes bleeding the system. The amount in labor costs depends on your location and what is typically charged in your area. here in the San Francisco area, labor costs are as high as $165.00 per hour. I am curious as to why you want to replace all of the brake lines. The rubber hoses (3) should be replaced, but the metal lines should be ok as long as there is no physical damage to them, ie: collision damage etc.If that is the case, each individual line will have to be fabricated from bulk brake tubing as they are no longer available from Chrysler.
