The break lights won't turn off. I have located the brake light switch and need to know how to adjust it so that it is depressed when I let off the brakes. Or, I need to know how much it should cost to have a mechanic look at it.

MasterIf the lights turn off when you disconnect the connection at the switch the switch has failed and would need to be replaced. Hyundai as a car manufacturer put a lot of free technical information and workshop manuals on line for Hyundai owners. Check out www.hmaservice.com lots of great information. Autozone have some popular workshop manuals for free on line once you register (for free) on their website http://bit.ly/autozone_repair_info. There is also a company that independent auto repair shops buy their information from that the same information inexpensively to do it yourselfers. The information is year make and model specific repair procedures, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....
