recently my brake light and abs lights came on at the same time but the brakes work fine, immediately after that my speedometer stopped working until I reached 30 mph. What could the problem be?

MasterThis could be a Speed Sensor issue which can trigger both the ABS and regular Red Brake light. If it is the Vehicle Speed Sensor, then it will effect the Speedometer as well. Do you have a Check Engine Light or Service Engine Soon Light on as well? I would have all the Computer systems checked for codes i.e the Engine, Transmission, the ABS etc. Most likely you will find a Sensor has failed, possibly a Speed Sensor, which is pretty common on these vehicles and it is not too expensive to repair.
