1995 Buick Regal Question: brake lights not working--new switch & bulbs. all other lights work. what is it

both signals and hazard lights work along with back lights are fine

    Likely the turn signal switch is defective. Check to see if the center high mount brake lamp works. If the high mount brake lamp works that confirms wiring and brake lamp switch are ok. The brake lamps get there feed from turn signal switch.

    the signal lights work, the back up lights work, the hazard lights work. The only light that is not working are the brake lights and the brake light in the window. There is a new brake switch and the bulbs are fine.

    Like I said it is probaly the turn signal switch. Does the high mount brake lamp work ok?
