Brake Lights on 2004 Chevrolet Aveo

Lamps work, the brake light does not light. Checked fuses and they are good. What is the problem?

There's a switch located on the upper back of the brake pedal called a Stoplamp switch available at the dealer or your local auto parts store ( Napa )
The bulbs need to be replaced. You can take it to a gas station or local mechanic and they will charge you between $5-10.00 per bulb. Have them replace those bulbs, NOT you.
Its your brake switch, had mine replaced about 3,000 miles ago
ITS YOUR BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH BEHIND YOUR BRAKE PEDAL THE SWITCH IS BAD ONLY ABOUT 12 BUCKS AUTO ZONE
