1990 BMW 750iL
Question: brake and throttle body

OK,Lets start all over again, describe the symptoms of your issue before presuming cause.
What is the first issue?
What is making you think the throttle body isn't working?
Have you checked this visually?
Simply have a friend press the accelerator pedal while you check the throttle linkages, if none of which moves, you have a brake in the cable or mechanism somewhere or you have electric throttle body(big black box attached to the body)
ABS light can be one of 100 things, best to have your local mechanic check the faults of the abs control unit and go from there.
Could be something simple like a wheel speed sensor, but the fact that the light comes on when engine is at normal operating temp is unusual and makes me think it more serious like an asc control unit.
Both your issues are best checked by your local mechanic, found in the "find a shop" tab above
