RepairPal’s Comprehensive Evaluation
Gary Bradley, the owner, purchased Bradley's from his father after working for him for over 30 years. Our team found a long legacy of automotive repair with over 40 years of experience in the family. This certified shop prides itself on taking care of their neighbors, friends, and the communities cars. Gary has assembled a great staff that is a mix of experienced technicians with growing apprentices. They all attend regular on going training to keep up to date and are equipped with some of the best automotive tools and computer diagnostic equipment available to make professional repairs to your late model vehicles. They back all their work with a 12 month/12000 mile warranty. It's the commitment to keeping current with technology, the investment in the tools, and the determination to get the job done with a high level of customer service that make Bradley's Automotive an excellent addition to our network of certified shops.

I had my car towed into Bradley's because it just stopped running while I was driving. I have an old Saab 9-3. Gary, the owner, was very helpful and made THIS car repair visit an absolute pleasure. First and foremost, he IS HONEST! And if you have an old car you know that you're at the mercy of the auto repair shops. But, Gary priced my ignition coil assembly and made sure that he got the best price, which of course was then passed on to me. I had to wait an extra day because of the shipping, but in the end it was totally worth the wait not to have to pay more. My husband also brings his Subaru there and again, it's a real pleasure to be able to TRUST your mechanic. It really doesn't get better than that, especially when you're driving old cars. Thanks Gary for being Honest, trustworthy and for taking the time to explain things to us. And the 12 month warranty sure is sweet too. I would definitely recommend Bradley's Auto Service. Thanks!
Do NOT go here to have your timing belt replaced. They replaced it on one of our cars and the engine seized up within a couple of days. They repaired it, and we thought it was a fluke. A couple of years later our daughter was home from college and we had her timing belt replaced. The engine seized while she was driving back to college. She was stranded at 1:00 a.m. somewhere in Virginia. We had to drive to Virginia in the middle of the night. We didn't want to take a chance of that happening again and our daughter being stranded again, it was just too dangerous, so we had another mechanic repair it (at the cost of approx. $6,000!!!!) but Bradley's would not reimburse us, even though our mechanic documented the engine seized as the result of a faulty timing belt installation! We will NEVER go to Bradley's again.
The father used to run it and was very honest. We needed an oil change and asked them to check my brakes. They called back and gave a quote that was high. It was 180 dollars to change the oil. They said they changed the air filters too. They look like they are trying to jack up the price to cover rent. Let me put it this way: I will never go back there. I am not happy. I made a mistake. The thing that took so long to check out is still a problem.
They are efficient, fast, honest, and excellent repairs every time I have used them. reasonably priced. They identify the problem and figure out if they can take care of it with a smaller fix that is just as adequate, or they will determine if it requires something more expensive. They never pressure you into larger repairs.
