    Incompetent counter people Jennifer and Ron that don't know what they are talking about--very disrespectful when talking to older people. Repair was pricey and company did not stand behind warranty on repair after the same system failed within the warranty period. This is an independenlty owned Goodyear--stick to corporately owned stores. I went to a different mechanic and they fixed the problem and I was treated with respect
