THAT'S A LOT OF MILES FOR AROUND FOUR YEARS, ANY RECORDS OF MAINT.
AND REPAIR. IF NOT, SUGGEST HAVING THAT WORK DONE. DONT FORGET
H2O PUMP AND TIMING COMPONETS. OIL SEALS ALSO.

Is it a chain on the V-6?
Replypushrod, September 03, 2012, 00:08Master
YOU KNOW I BELIEVE IT IS A CHAIN ON THE NEWER ENGINES.
BUT I DONT KNOW.
Replyziptie12, September 03, 2012, 04:55Master
If it's the chain set-up , they should have someone experienced , listen to a cold start , for tensioner or VTC actuator noise, both common from what I understand , but probably taken care of by this mileage.

SO I GUESS BEST ADVICE FOR OWNER IS TO HAVE A MECHANIC CHECK THE CAR OUT.
A LOT BRTTER WHEN YOU CAN ACTUALLY LOOK AROUND AND LISTEN!
