The bulbs in the display are probably burnt out. Need to pull display and replace the bulbs. The bulbs are usually dealer only so, you will probably have to get them there. If you have a matching bulb in another area of the display, You can swap them to make sure it is the bulb that has failed.

Thank you for your help. Glad you told me about the dealer only situation for the bulb. Wishing you a blessed life.

DID YOU GET A WARRANTY WITH PURCHASE?
ReplyOdlove, January 15, 2014, 00:26Rookie
No. It was a private purchase. I only paid $2700.00. I"m going to try to fix it myself. I believe I just need to take off the dashboard cover. Thank you for your time. I appreciate your assistance.

Did you check to see if the 'dimmer got turned down by accident? The dimmer (when headlights are on) should also control the backlights on your center console heater control backlights. IF they dim & brighten as designed , THEN I would agree that it's the bulbs in the cluster.

Not the dimmer. The rest of the dash lights up. I'll get in there on the next warm day Thanks for all the help. This is a great program. I am truly blessed to have found it.
