Question: Bought a new battery and the car will not start?

This just started, the car was parked in the garage.

    Does it crank? Do you have spark? Do you have fuel presure? Do you have compression? One of these questions will be answered with a no, at that point I can give you more info/questions.

    Yes it does crank, spark, and have fuel pressure. I do not know what compression means on the car. Let me know.

    The car cranks, which means more than likely, it does not need a battery, alternator or starter (charging system seems good). you have spark and fuel that leaves compression. check to see if the timing belt is broken, there is a top plastic cover that can be easily removed.

    We would recommend checking your charging system. Is the alternator and starter working properly? If not, they could have caused your old battery to die, thus prompting you to replace it with a new one. Our diagnostics is essentially free - we credit the charge toward your repair.
