Both the electronic engine control system light and the VSC light are on. on 2007 Lexus RX350

Do I need to take care of it right away? Can I wait for a couple of days to take care of it? It's Saturday night.

Don't be worried that because several warning lights are on that there are several problems. Many sensors are shared between the engine and transmission control, and the traction control and anti lock brake circuit. One sensor failure can cause several systems to fail, or appear to fail. A scan tool is needed to retrieve these codes in your car On your Lexus it is likely to be an EVAP code or O2 sensor problem, if the light is not constantly blinking you are OK to drive it.
