Often times the elements are an issue. However, since both are not working, it is likely a wiring issue. Fuse F1.118 is the fuse that is in question. If that is good, then you have a wiring issue. Each seat has it's own Climate Control Seat Module, so if both do not work, either it's a coincedence or a power supply problem.
