A family owned business, Boradori Automotive has been serving the Chico, CA community since 1948. To put that in perspective, in 1948, Truman was president, the first Land Rover was unveiled, and the Hells Angels were founded! With all of this experience, it's not surprising that Boradori scored a 95 in the Technical Ability section of the Top Shop survey. Their three technicians are all ASE certified Master Techs and have a combined 85 years of experience between them. One of the other reasons Boradori has been around so long is the way they treat their customers. Boradori's is a AAA Approved Repair Shop with a slogan of "Keeping Up with Technology for Another 50 Years," which is something we love to see in our Top Shops.

  They were very nice and friendly and very informative. When I first called them to get a quote. He explained what could be possibly wrong. I also like that you speak with a person not an automated phone system.

  When you go to a professional you expect to be treated fairly. I feel like I was taken advantage of. They messed up the computer in my truck.

  I knew I had a problem with the car so they made a diagnosis. The repairs ended up being more than the car was worth. The personnel were very pleasant, and the service was pleasant.

  This is such a wonderful shop. Their customer service is awesome and they do a superior job all around. I have never had an issue with any of their services or repairs. The complimentary shuttle service they provided was a life saver and very convenient - allowing me to get to work and back while they worked on my car.

  Our family has been brings our cars to Boradori Automotive for as long as I can remember, at least 35 years. These guys can fix anything. Every time I hear someone complain about having problems getting their car repaired I send them to Boradori's and it gets fixed, the first time.
  They send out newsletters, give rides and just give great service.
