I took the car for a transmission fluid leak which was noticed by my regular mechanic who recommended Bonded Transmission. Bonded transmission charged me over $1000 for the problem, it was supposed to have been fixed. They did a lot of things which I think were not required. I had to take my car 3 times before they had the problem isolated and resolved. This was only after I pointed out to them where exactly the fluid was leaking from. To be honest, I feel that a lot of unnecessary things were done to the car without diagnosing the real problem. The car leaked a large amount of transmission fluid on my driveway(which damaged my driveway) the day after I brought the car from your shop. I really feel that I was charged for unnecessary repairs and was taken advantage of. It is really shameful and unprofessional the way this issue was handled. Can you imagine that you have to bring the vehicle 3 times to a resolve one problem!!!!! You are supposed to be experts. I really appreciate a reply justifying your side of the story.
