    Our experience is the same as the previous post.

    The transmission has gone out on our 2009 Dodge Journey and should be covered under the power train warranty. The dealer claims that since they found unexplained water in the transmission they will not honor the warranty. The vehicle has never been driven in water or sat in water that should have caused such a problem, and even the dealer states that there is no other sign of water damage. They maintain that since they cannot explain how this happened that they and Chrysler are not responsible and will not honor the warranty. Stay away from this dealer and this brand.

    Dishonest. Refused to cover item under warranty. They claimed truck had water damage. I paid an independent inspector to verify no water damage and they still refused to cover it. Don't go there.
