2005 Chrysler Town & Country Q&A

2005 Chrysler Town & Country Question: Body control module

swipers would'nt shutoff. Dealer replaced wiper motor for $425. Now a week later, same problem...Now being tld its the Body Control Module? Why did'nt they check that first? And to have the service writer tell me that "well it partially short-circuited but could'nt show a bad code" WTF. We feel ripped off and its a small town and Chrysler will hear of this . Lon Mathis Astoria Oregon (Lums Auto Group). -

Definitely bad form on their part. You have a claim, and I would talk to Chrysler, if possible. Not sure if Oregon has a consumer bureau for auto repair, but that would be another place to go. -
