I was told when I got there it would all be done within 1 hour that I would be next (service for oil change only) my car had not been moved yet after one and one half hours. When I asked I was told they encountered a problem with a different vehicle and I was next. I know they have more then one mechanic working there. So who did Ryan think he was fooling? It took almost 3 hours for this oil change and when car finally moved in the mechanic left, went out and did some diagnostics on a lady who just pulled up. This took 15 more minutes of my time. The lady had out of state plates and I live in Eden Prairie. I'm sure she has no intention of returning and neither do I. The final topper of this disastrous visit was as I left to go out of town the " change oil soon" message came on -the mechanic didn't even bother to reset this in my car. I wonder what else wasn't done. Ryan was not interested in satisfying this customer one little bit. I have always wondered about the ethics and service at this place-now I know!! 3 hours of my time-I would have gone elsewhere and paid more. Which I will do from now on.
