Bob and Todd's is the ONLY honest shop I have seen and had work done at, in my life. Straight talk, honest, courteous, humble and Proud. I have been going there for over 4 years now, and they are yet to show me otherwise.

Bob & Todd is a family business and my family has been customers since the early 80's. They staff is friendly and honest. As a woman you never know if mechanics are trying to get more money from you for services not needed, but with Bob & Todd Auto Care I have never questioned their advice. I trust their work; they stand behind their work.

I took the vehicle to Bob and Tod's for brakes because they were so bad. The brakes seemed better after they were done, but never seemed "good". After some time, they just kept getting worse and worse. 11 months after they were "repaired", took the vehicle to another shop where the brakes had to be completely re-done. Even tho we were charged for new everything, it seems as tho Bob and Tod's only changed the shoes, and with poor quality ones.
We also had a problem with a window, shortly after we had the brakes done and before we knew the cheap quality of work being done. Bob and Tod's also repaired that by replacing the motor, but less than 9 months later, the window wouldn't go back up. I asked Bob and Tod's to fix it, but they were too busy, clearly had no interest, and when they could get to it, we would have to pay labor. No way I was going to pay them AGAIN for something that should've been done right the first time, especially after the situation with the brakes. So, I took it to a different garage where they needed to, of course, replace the motor. Also, keep in mind that this particular vehicle is not used a lot. Average of around 2,000-2,500 miles per year, so to have to have window motor AND brakes replaced twice in less than a year is ridiculous. Save your time, money, and stress, and look for another repair shop.
