    Instant analysis of required repairs. Free WiFi in the lobby. High cost and some concern around repairs not being essential.

    Had to take the car in for a defect in the seat heater. It caught on fire.

    Terrible communication in the process

    Had the car for a month

    Charged me 650 to diagnose car since all warning lights when off when seat caught fire.

    Charged me 700 for radio/nav issue when after taking out and putting back in they decided it was not broke(never told me this was not broke until I picked up the car)

    According repairpal numbers over charged me 3-4 times on repairs they did

    Tried to sell me tires a 2 times the price across the street.

    Were rude, misleading, tried to avoid communication in writing. Did not keep replaced parts that cost 2K even though ask to.
