when the car is cold in the a.m it does not shift into 2nd gear . when it does wam up it shifts into 2nd gear ,but don't never shift into 3rd or 4th unless i mess with it by putting it into 3rd and back to drive so it can switch gear last gear i dont have so the car only goes about 80mph on highway.

i am a tech working on this bmw. the car sat for 6 months.
it had 9 fault code in ecm. i replaced the crankcase vent valve for massive vacum leak and several vacum hoses. also
