I love that I called asking for something I thought I needed (tune up) and was told let's do this and see if you need a full one or just certain things. You didn't want to charge me for things I didn't need.
The service is very professional, friendly, honest. They recommended other repairs than what I originally have my car in for are not pushed, just explained. I appreciate that. Also this is one of the most affordable auto shops I have seen, and still the best service I have seen.

Good work done overall. some things like putting air in tires I have found 5 lbs less than recommended pressure in the tires. So, think someone forgot or got so busy that they just moved on. Couple times have found tools left in the engine compartment that weren't picked up. So, some minor things have gotten overlooked a few times, which is understandable, but not totally satisfying. We can all improve our performance in our careers . . . I have to in mine, so input like this will hopefully be helpful.

Outstanding service before and after I can depend on the job being done correctly.
The car was worked on 1 1/2 years ago, the part failed, and the shop refused to replace it. The part was very expensive. We were under the understanding that there was a 24k mile/2 yr guarantee on work or parts. After checking with the dealer that sold BMR the part, they told us it only had a one year guarantee, and they refused to replace it, so BMR refused to replace it. No one ever told us this, gave us paperwork stating this, and we are very let down. We have spent thousands of dollars at BMR, but won't return there.
